At Oral Esthetics we use the very best zirconia available Prettau Zirconia from Zirkonzahn.  Zirkonzahn uses a unique biaxial compression module procedure to produce this extremely high quality zirconia.  They test each batch to find out the precise shrinkage value up to .05% to ensure a perfect fit everytime.  All of this is done by Zirkonzahn in Italy to insure the high quality control and over 1200 MPa of strength, this is why we use it in all of our zirconia dental restorations.  We use a pre-sinter staining technique that penetrates deep into the zirconia to create deeper richer colors that are customized to match the patients unique situation.  This makes a layer of customized colored zirconia that can not be worn off like traditional stain and glazed zirconia crown do after years of oral hygiene and cleanings.
