Using a hybrid custom abutment with an e.max press crown is a very esthetic way to restore an implant in the esthetic zone.  The hybrid abutment is made using a custom designed abutment top made from ICE Translucent Zirconia from Zirkonzahn (over 1400 MPa) and then cemented to a titanium base.

We use Panavia V5 from Noritake for all of our cemented titanium parts.
