Using a custom titanium abutment with a screw retained Prettau Zirconia crown can give you the benefits of both the retrievability of the restoration with the added strength of using the custom titanium abutment to increase the surface area and marginal contact patch between  the zirconia crown and the titanium versus a traditional titanium base.  

We use Panavia V5 from Noritake for all of our cemented titanium parts.  

We also offer a variety of angulated screw channels to turn cement retained situations into screw retained restorations.

All of our products are FDA cleared and we use Prettau Zirconia from Zirkonzahn in all of our zirconia restorations.
